At Skyden Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services tailored to the needs of our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any consultations, strategic planning, or business development services once they have been delivered or initiated.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales of our consulting services are final. Once a payment has been processed and services have begun, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to:

Business strategy and growth consulting sessions

ETRM system implementation guidance

Small business and startup consulting services
-
Women-owned business support services
-
Any other service offered by Skyden Consulting
2. Rescheduling or Adjustments
If you need to reschedule a consultation, we are happy to accommodate requests made at least 48 hours in advance. However, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Exceptions
While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In rare cases, refund requests will be considered at our sole discretion if:

A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charges)

Services were not provided due to an issue on our end
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@skydenconsulting.com within 30 days of the original payment.
